L-O-V-E, the first letter L is the 'loyal'. Loyal is our ability to continue the same things, our ability to pass some failure without losing our enthusiasm. So L-O-V-E, L is loyal.
The second letter O, in L-O-V-E is the 'obligation'. Obligation is a willingness to do it. Indeed a must, 'you have to do it'. Sometimes obligation is considered as a bitter and tormented thing because it is seen as a must or an obligation. Obligation is not a pleasure but it is important. The next letter in L-O-V-E is V. V is “valued” or “honored”. We must respect what we do, appreciate and give respect in what we love and do. And E is the last letter. E is excuses or pardon. It means our ability to forgive someone because of unfairness on job, company, friend or other person. They often disappoint us but we must be able to forgive them, and do again what we should do.

Second, write all of your target 1 or 2 years letter. In that time what you want to achieve, write 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. With write it, and if can be patched in the place that can be seen, then you can focus to pursue all of your desires. All the things you will do all to the desire that.
third, be realistic! Even though we have a big dreams, but keep more realistic. Sometimes we have more risk. However, with this realistic, we still consistently pursue that dream.
Fourth, find the person who teach for you. Finding them in the association, at home, at work or anywhere. Whether he is your senior, your boss or people that you know in a meeting. Ask the lessons from him.

And the third P is Personality. We must match with our job. However, we must be different with other people. We must have the authentic self that is different from the others. Perhaps it is modesty, optimistic attitude, a confidence, a desire to help people. And the last P is Purpose or goal.
what will make you more happy in this life? I often say the only way of life in 1 place, that is, grave! Therefore we must enjoy this journey of life. Live only once, why not always made happy? So I try to make 10 ways that can make your life happy.
The first is be a positive . When morning time, you wake up, still feels fresh, start the day with gratitude on the easement be provided with a positive doing on the day.
The second, jog every day make your healthy every time. But the will to health is something important and make sense of happiness in this life.
the third, having target. For example, what is target of today?. Projected short-term only, regardless the target 10 years ahead. Today target, would like to do, that just makes you happy.
